No. In my time in Illyriad i had to make a lot of compromises where i did not get what i wanted. Thats the non-war player way. You back down and give, give give. But at some point it is enough and you cannot take it anymore. Attacks on Lupia/Mama are personal for me. I told you that early on. You did not respect that. Its as easy as that.
I already contacted her (even though that was what i wanted to avoid at all cost). That was not the point of this post and the situation. All i have been doing in this situation is give more and more. And just more and more aggression from The Ork'Shire Ripper. No respect. No empathy for my situation. No common sense. That is why the game is dying. Yes, you can continue to hit someone defenseless already down. And that is what he is doing. But again, that is not a game i want to play.

Since the other thread is about you leaving, could you address my questions here? Like I still dont understand what your idea of "good" pvp is. And how someone can hide behind your "get out of war free cards" of "casual" or "coming back". "No respect. No empathy for my situation." Just because someone doesnt cowtow to your demands doesnt mean they dont respect you. You are fine with debating and such until someone doesnt accept your blanket terms of "this is how I feel, you should respect that and give up". You dont ask for alot, but you virtually never move off your position either. "You know the situation and Lupia better then me now? Because

"truth"." No, they matter, but they arent a flat blanket pardon for completely leaving alone anyone and everyone you say. The fact remains that you arent a helpless player, and other people disagree with you. You have the means to completely destroy that siege but you wont because of...reasons. This is a sandbox game, and as I said, you dont use the power you have very much to impose on others, but if others want to pass through your corner of the sandbox, you will have none of it.

It is a different but in my opinion important topic - i am going to make a new forums post about it.
I have some positions that i am hard on, yes. I believe them because they are usually supported by data, logic and to some extend experience. Show me evidence that counter my statements/arguments and i am glad to change my view.
Again, that is not at all what i am asking. I am asking to leave a legendary leader alone - that put a crazy amount of time into this community to make it what it is today and who told us multiple times that she intends to come back some day. In my opinion that is a reasonable request. If Grom and Stuk had 30+ city accounts and i knew without those accounts they would not come back it would give them the same treatment. Or an example a bit more realistic - i would do the same for Kilgore, Vanarill, Buridian, benhur and ubluntu without questions asked.
My approach and goal in this game was always to have as little negative impact on the gameplay of others. Anyone is welcome to call me out on something that i could have done better or could do better and i am glad to change/improve it. That said, when something negatively impacts my gameplay then i believe in stating my opinion. Over the last years that is all i did. I stated my opinion. And with one exception i did not act on it.

From your posts. . . i just get the opinion that you are a control freak.
you are happy building 100 cities and being the number 1 ranked player. but when someone launches a siege in your direction and breaks into your happy place, the safe little bubble you live in. you get all bent out of shape. threaten to quit the game and cry in the forums. you said yourself. . . you made this personal. i believe you take a lot of things personally. have you even been attacked in illy before? did i touch your no no square. your safe zone. All i did, was siege an inactive town from my area. its no big deal. people do it everyday. you just kicking up a fuss because your a control freak. you want everything to go the way you want it. im gonna say it again. . . grow up thirion.
