Hail Manannan, glad to have you with us mates. Forget these sods and their malarky........I woke up this morning and news is azreil has lit out...so much for the nay speakers. Always follow your own voice of heart over the mob. All this pathetic whimpering from so many for a one who could not bring himself to fight one on one for an issue, or leave the alliance and save all the players who pledged to him fealty??? Disgusting Illy will prosper, if we make this so. This is a game of community and the alliance leaders in Illy actions directly affect all in illy. As such these actions are open to all for comment. Azreil could not comport himself in an honorable fashion...this end was forseen. A shame that many good players were adversely affected by this series of unfortunate events.

LOJ, Curse rocks because they took the risk to fight alone against a similar alliance. btw, Curse and H? are sufficiently big to be, them alone, "another mans freedom Jackols". no need to be helped by dlors, mcrow and wot... or not?

maybe people shall think better before making a thing like "confederation" if they dont stand by their oaths. Confederations means that the two allies are like brothers, attack one if them, is like attacking one of our own. for me, i despise war jackals that just want to gang up the losing side... Velar may have been shady but in my opinion had never crossed the line to justify such a massive punitive campaign. btw i would really hate if someone would tell us who we can give protection to or who is to be cast outside. you cant impose your game style on everyone. but on the other side, not all velars confederations joined whit them.. and people seem to have a deep urge to kill something sentient ...

Kilo--
As usual, I seem to agree some with you and disagree with you some! Absolutely agree on the Confed thing! In my book, if you do it, you live and die by it. So-- a word to those alliances out there with 15 confeds... you are basically saying that none of them are worthwhile. I used to think you could only have one as an alliance. Bela smacked some sense into me and made me realize you can do a couple or three well...
But more than 4 or 5, imo, would be untenable!
As to wars, this is where we disagree. I don't think that people joining in on the side they feel is right is wrong at all. Regardless of the ratio or balance. It's a vote. A vote with their feet. And should be judged as such. These people that have joined us support our side and are showing that support. We should be grateful.

Nonsense Kumo this was a culling of Valar by you and your alliance. Witness the siege of Borormir who had done nothing to offend anyone except that he was the cornerstone of Valar success in the tournaments and ranking s that H? so highly prize as a token of achievment. The other alliances just joined in. Some to honour confeds; Some because they were bored and hadn't been in a war for months, some because they thought it would benefit there alliances or there own personal standing ( that Kudos word that you are so fond of using ) and some because it might look bad on them if they didn't follow H? in lock step.
In the end it was classic Evony/travian feeding frenzy which I know that both you and KP feel to be "FUN"

I have had attacks launched at me by KillerPoodle. This was a feint. Since Valar's effective surrender to day I have had another attack launched by...guess who... AmrothAnguireal. You can also see in the post above that, as with the attacks on KT & Valar - Napoleon is now turning hi attention to individuals - anyone who says something that either he doesn't like or doesn't understand. Welcome to KP's brave new world folks. Wake up and smell.......EVONY!
