First of all...

MY EYESSSSSSSSSSSSS.
Damn the blue on black.
Makes your post hard to read.
Read my answers below in bold.

Keep in mind that i am playing for a long time, so my answers reflect on myself and not on new players.

I think cooperation and communications with other players is a very important game element. So, most questions are aimed on this.

I’ve counted the building squares in the town map there are equal to the number of possible buildings. So, in theory you can produce everything you need in a single village. Do you depend on others to produce the stuff you need if yes why don’t you produce it yourself?

SC said in the chat that there will be more buildings coming in the future.
So you have to specialize yourself.
More buildings then squares.

Do you still attack new settlements with your army or have you found a more economical use for the army?

Yesterday Illyriad launched a new update.
This update contains NPC's that you can attack with your army.

Does the game force you to cooperate with other players or would you grow just as fast on your own?

You are growing faster together offcourse, when you need something your alliancemembers can help you send resources you need.

What is your main base of income? (Examples raiding, thieving, gathering, questing or trading)

Main base of income is my town.
Raiding / thieving / gathering / questing / trading is just a bonus to my income.

If you have more than one village do the villages have different specializations?

All the villages are the same if you have more then one.
Currently there are no specializations, but if there are more buildings then squares, this will changes.
