I want them to fix all the things they said they were going to but never did. I like new content as much as the next person but this game has *a lot* of bugs and exploits in it and many have gone unfixed for far too long.

Other: I want to see real Pathfinding. By that I mean traveling on routes using roads and waterways for speed bonuses and over rough terrain for penalties. The ability to intercept would be the game changer. It would enable players and alliances to control areas of the map. Those are the things I want to see under the name of Pathfinding.

How so? Do you mean more uses of the current diplomats? New advanced diplomats? |

Re: Permasat accounts
I have faith that any solution will be well-thought out. As I've inferred from what devs have said about the way they store transactional data on the Illy servers, they will be able to see which users have benefited from permanently-sat accounts, and the effect that permanent sitting has on the game. So from that, they define what 'harmful permasitting' is, and design suitable defence mechanisms, which also includes checking for loopholes in the proposed solution.
It's about creating a very sharp tool with the tiniest set of false positives and a tolerable number of false negatives. It'll take time and care. So I think it unlikely that anecdotal complaints and solutions would be taken up without first being weighed against data. The data will speak louder than forum posts. |

I tend to agree. Clearing out the permasit accounts first makes all of the other options more fair to all players. I thinking clearing out the permasit accounts would be especially difficult though. Even if the Devs come up with a really fantastic algorithm for determining permasit accounts, they will still get bombarded with petitions as soon as they announce/implement it. And even just 1 badly timed error in the algorithm could mean the loss of a major battle/siege for an alliance. I understand the benefits of removing the permasit, but I see a lot more negatives on the community as a whole. |

I vote we wipe out all permasits before continuing on further, we still have wars going on and it may change if permasits are gone.
