Well for people like me that lead an alliance it is very good because of easy makings of an alliance hub.

i do know its impossible to move all to where they want without any conflicts

I think it was totally good.
In my old area the place was saturated with fairly equal level players.
which meant there was very few NPC's about.
Now that i have moved, and the people who i moved with are in our new area, my commanders are already more experianced.
My coffers are fuller
and my people safer.

In all honesty, I think it is too soon to say. Hopefully we have been spared the worst of the bugs and if so it is certainly going to make the game more interesting on all sorts of levels.
