   I have a level 16 storehouse now and the warehouse option to build should be there but it is not. I do not recall in my other city having to research anything to get the warehouse, the option to build was just there. Does this sound likr a "bug" in my system or is the "bug" with me?

	You need to research inventory management to unlock the warehouse. All buildings except storehouse, library and resource plots are unlocked with research.
