Being fairly new to this, can someone tell me what I have to do to build myself a warehouse??Confused

Get your storehouse to level 15 and then research pioneering, followed by inventory management (both under the heading of "City").

Note: you can research pioneering before getting your storehouse to level 15. Pioneering is simply a prerequisite for inventory management.
