How do i construct a warehosue to enable me to start researching sovereignty?

Click on an empty square in your city and youll see a menu of buildings avalable - choose the warehouse and there you go.

The minute you found your town

Edit * - Sorry, one of these days I have to distinguish Storehouse from warehouse.

Once you build your Warehouse (after researching inventory management) you will be able to research Sovereignty that will enable all sovereignty reserach chains.

i've built the Storehouse, but the option to research Sovereignty is still not available and warehouse is not in my build options.

You need to research "Inventory Management" under the "City" research tree for enabling warehouse.

In the City technologies you need to research:

Timekeeping -> Bureaucracy -> Pioneering -> Inventory Management
