Couple of questions:

Thx for the reply! Thought the same (people building) but still under attack and must sleep now. Will see tomorrow, there's nothing i can do anywayz. Would be kinda lame if my town is destroyed allready. Strange that you only see `hostiles inbound` and that´s it....

Just to clarify - if there were hostile units inbound, but when they arrive, you didn't get any message about combat, then these were diplomatic units: probably scouts just checking you out.

I don't think anyone has got to thief units (and anyway, if a theft is successful you still get an email about a "shame-faced quartermaster from your warehouse has noticed some resources missing" etc).

So, yes - hostile units, but no damage done.

I would, of course, recommend new players (or indeed any players whatsoever) to the Vault  building and the Runes school of spells, both of which are achievable fairly quickly, and both of which will provide you with some protection against the evil, evil, evil playerbase.
