I hate being the slowest guy in the room.  

You claimed the sov around the new square with you other towns, because if someone else had claimed sov adjacent to your city while your armies are stuck, you wouldn't have been able to challenge it?

Also, "It will be coming back after a couple of days."  Nothing like Illy to remind you that time is an illusion Tongue
