Wait warning when leaving an Alliance

Hi, recently a new player was looking for a new alliance and I thought when talking to her that she knew about the 6 hour wait for joining another alliance after she left the one she was in. Found out that I was wrong about that, so thought I would bring it up to you as a suggestion that: 1) If it is mentioned when you leave an alliance that you may want to make it a bit more obvious to the player leaving; or 2) If there is no warning message given before they push whatever button they need to to confirm they wish to leave, that a warning be given acknowledging their wish to accept the waiting period and leave.
   Just a thought, since I know she was pretty frustrated by not knowing in advance.
