Ok, then why are orc cavs faster than dwarf cavs? Orcs are easily heavier than dwarves, they are known to wield heavy weapons and wear heavy armour and I can't think of a single game that featured orcs riding horses so they can't be any better at it than dwarves.

Also you have to realise that dwarves are not natural horsemen living in mountains as they do

How are dwarf cavalry the slowest cavalry in the game? The concept behind slow dwarf units is that they have short legs and thus run slower. However in the case of horses, the horses should all run the same speed and then less based on the weight they are forced the carry. Dwarves, being the smallest of all four races, should weight the less and thus, their cavalry should be the fastest.
