Hey this was brought up in GC and I would like a good discussion on this, as long as I have been around most of the time we have had a villain from St Jude/Jill, to Borg or even CV, but lately we haven't had a villain, would Illy be better off with a villain and if so would it be fit not to take all of said villain's cities to keep them around to make a more diverse playing experience?
