Vault upgrading & Resources protected

   Has anyone noticed that when upgrading the vault, the BASE resourses protected at the next level refer to the further lvl of upgrading, while the ADVANCED resources to the lvl of upgrading?

Shouldn't they both refer to the same lvl (specifically, the further upgrading one)?
