Have a look in the history of this Suggestions forum; I'm fairly sure that waypointed itineraries, fully-loaded return journeys, and infinite ping-pong orders have been discussed.

	I was wondering if it would be hard to set up caravan routing... Basically you have X city and Y city that belong to you You want to transport 1000 beer to Y city from X yes you can manually do it...but Tell the van to go from X city with 1000 beer and return from Y city with 1000 saddles. then set the route and click go! it will do this route until u click stop! Just a though..maybe others can build off of this thought.
