DS, from my experience, some trash-talk is inevitable - and that's all I was acknowledging.  But I really don't desire 'bitterness"...it truly was a matter of choosing the "least worst" place.  As I said in my OP, there are already other threads for the heavy politicking and I think everyone has been very careful to segregate the battles from the politics.

Maybe someday soon, the GMs can create a topic area for war reports.

I am guessing TD figured there may be a bit of bragging and such going on, with the battle reports.  If that should happen, I would agree this is the perfect place for it.

Sandy (aka Createure),

I thunked hard about where to put this thread.  It really didn't seem to fit The Caravanserai.  The tournament reports are under this larger section (UK1).  But I didn't see a topic for Battle/War reports.  I don't think Politics/Diplomacy is right for battle reports, either.  

So I sorta defaulted into this one as best of the inappropriate sections.  Wink

Perhaps GM SC can create a special topic area for the battle reports on this war.

Again, I thank everyone for posting the battle updates.  I think it adds a lot for non-combatants.  (At least it adds a lot for me.)

Looks like Harmless is focusing on the larger and more powerful Valar players and Azreil. They should be the "strategic assets of Valar" that the other thread was talking about.
