Alliance Chat
Yup.  It's here.

If you're in an Alliance, go to the Options Menu (underneath the 
Illyriad logo in the top left corner of your browser) and select "Chat".
  Check the "Active" checkbox for the Alliance Channel, and press the 
Change button.

Manage Armies
Assign troops to and from armies now uses a text box allowing you to
 type in the numbers rather than choose from a drop down. This should 
help with those players juggling large numbers of troops.

	Could you make tabs for alliance and global chat? Or the ability to merge and seperate the chatwindows from eachother (like in EvE). EDIT: Also maybe make a seperate page for the chat. Or the option to have it like this. Hoovering or the option to have it on a separate page with a separate button. Like the forums? Or something like that.
