To the DEVS: I would like to thank you for the new interface. For those of us who have some sort of ocular impairment or issue, the new interface is great!
For Instance, I am shade blind. Yes I can see color but if the shades are really close to one another i cannot see a difference. The new interface has enough color variation and definition to make my game play much more enjoyable. Plus the red action buttons really help. All in all, so far a really nice update to Illy! Thanks to the Devs and all their hard work.

Not related to medals, but I notice the time for me to get my daily gift has shifted by about 4 hours. I know I wasn't doing it that late last night, I was sawing logs.

In the video @ 21:10 it very clearly states that each time the medal is awarded to a player it costs 50 prestige, the design cost is a one time fee , but the award is not. This was said by GM Luna and needs to be explained as it is opposite of what was posted above.

Something I still didn't catch though: When you purchase the design of a medal, is it available to give to everyone and anyone in your alliance, or do you purchase a single medal to give to a single player?

What I got was you made a medal, purchased it, then it cost 50 prestige to give it out to a player (or yourself). You can then give out that medal as many times as you want for an additional 50 prestige for each player.

Once the medal is designed and purchased it can be given to anyone/everyone in your alliance. So you could design something for one person or something that could be given to everyone.

Yes your post made me fully understand how ridiculously priced these are. I understand about the hard work, the time, the little server space, and money wanted to do other things.. but this just seems out there. Either looks like they are being greedy, needing money to feed their business/goals, or just don't fully understand economics. (The people that spend real money on a a fake virtual medal really does not understand economics.)
