UI V2: Production Display

In UIv2, that's available on every page, through the expansion menu on the resource bar (see screenshot).

Is it necessary to repeat (what's available on every page?); the tutorial will highlight the expansion button for the top nav resource bar, so I expect this is more of an 'unfamiliarity issue'.

Though tell me/us if we're wrong!

	The screen that comes from http://ui2.illyriad.co.uk/#/Town/Production could do with displaying your current levels of each of the resources you have stockpiled.
