I'm making this post because I can't find a good list of training alliance that can given out to newbies. If you are a training alliance please give us Details. I got the idea for this from this post http://forum.illyriad.co.uk/alliance-leaders-give-us-details_topic2354.html
Please only Training alliance post here. Alliance Name: Recruitment Contact: Who can join (any restrictions to race, location, population level, etc.)? What are some benefits of joining your alliance (protection, training, etc)? What does the alliance stand for? What are it's goals and governing principles? What alliance are you affiliated with? When do your member Graduate on advantage (is it based on pop, time played, etc.)? What makes your training alliance different from the other? What rules govern the alliance? For example, diplomats and troops: who can they be used against in a hostile manner (no one, only NPCs or certain factions, only those at war with, only inactives, only with permission, anyone not in the alliance or in NAP with your alliance, etc)?
