Trading Movements - summaries please

   On the Trade Movements page, it would be useful to have a sub-total in the header of each category (outbound, inbound, harvesting, offers), i.e. one row per category, which is a total of everything in that category, shown as if it were a single caravan. An alternative would be to present this summary at the top of the page in its own table, with the existing detail remaining below that.
By way of example, in my current scenario, I have about 300 caravans moving on my behalf, and it's difficult to add up what I'm expecting to receive soon, and plan future stocks and cashflow.

Also, I'd like an all-cities view of these summary rows -- add that to the all-cities UI page that I've posted about here: http://forum.illyriad.co.uk/forum_posts.asp?TID=2426 (I think we're lacking a pan-city overall dashboard).
