Armies that are on the squares when the tournament starts will certainly be counted - but their time in possession (that counts towards the winning total) will only count from the tournament start date (midnight this Friday) onwards.

Thanks for running. A quick question.
Will armies that are sitting on the Sq now count when the tourney starts? It seems people are already loading up the tourney squares with armies ahead of time. If that is cool then the tourney really kind of starts now.
