Tournament Tile Randomization and Alliance Lockout

   Hey folks!
In preparation for the tournament in just a few days, we'll be implementing a couple things.  

At the stroke of midnight on the first, tournament tiles will randomize, more information can be found here on the tournament: http://forum.illyriad.co.uk/next-server-wide-tournament_topic7073.html
Once the tournament begins, any players involved in tournament squares will have their alliances locked for the duration of the tournament, this is to prevent shenanigans and tomfoolery.
Just wanted to give everyone a heads up so nobody is surprised by anything being done by the devs this tournament.
