Sent an army. Killed the few troops. Got 60 gold. Have now sent an army to occupy - will report what happens!

Siege option not available.

Since the note says well guarded, would it not be ideal to send an army with thieves in it?

Don't Think it's worth it to Sabotage odds are low of actually hitting something.

A faction doesn't need to worry about building anything. they would already be big enough they wouldn't need to build anything.

Assassins on the other side you might actually hit something.
