have you guy thought about making an able you can research were if someone sends you one of there commander instead of him just defending your city he has the ability to be sent with your commander to attack others.   

If I understood that correctly, which was difficult because your English is horrible(and yes, I realize English may not be everyone's native language), you're asking about an ability to send other people's commanders currently reinforcing your city to be sent out to attack for you?

We have that, it's called Sally Forth, though I think it can only be used during siege bombardment, and once every six hours, and only counts as a raid attack.
