Do they drop as a result of a kill?  Or do they just randomly excrete them as they move?

I've got all of the map scanned and added to the Faction Action map. Hovering over a purple symbol will tell you the type of mouth and the coords.

To change the part of the map you are viewing you can use the cursor keys or you can drag the grey area in the reference map to where you want to view.

To change the zoom level you can use the zoom in/out buttons or the Page Up/Page down buttons on your device.

Ouch   Are you just getting fiery mountain or volcano locations .    That is probably just possible terrain for hellmouths

I've done a search of the entire worldmap datafile as provided by the devs for all squares with the same terrain code as known Hellmouths and compiled the results into a page of links. Unfortunately it gives almost 18,000 results. That has to be too many. I think the only option is to do a manual search of the visible map but in the meantime the page with the results is at
