Hello Illy and awesome people within. I was looking for details, behaviors and specificities about non-faction NPCs. Can anybody help explain anything about them?

Basic information about NPC movement and behavior is described in this post.  There have been a few amendments since then, and players can tell you more specifics (such as what sizes various NPC groups generally reach, which species fight each other, etc.)
