   Alright nice to meet you all, some probably know me already been in the game for a few months. [ Sorry the length in advance]

Who we are:
We have been playing these kind of games for roughly 9 years during this time I (Mr Ears) have grown two core groups of players which jump from game to game as each one dies (For the record we never kill the game!). We currently hold about 1,000 players roughly (going off both our private site's active member log). 

We want to help grow this community, not destroy it. We will respect all social norms of this gaming community. We are not just a group of crazy blood thirsty people we are a mix group of all different types of game-play enthusiasts and vary in our experience levels with similar game.

Why Illyraid:
Since I found this game to be both completely unique and in it's own class for depth on top of that have an outstanding community unlike any other for such a game, I will be bringing those groups here.

Our plans for this game:
Due to the mass of players we will be merging into this community, there will be any where from 20-50 players per week over coarse of the next few months move here; this is to ensure the community can handle the influx of players as well as ensure all players can solely focus on building themselves up and not worrying about one another. 

I would also like to state now there will be No plan to make an alliance or alliances to fit all these players. Because of how unique this game is we decided to instead just allow players to freely go to what ever alliances they so choose. That means all alliances have a chance to grow their groups up a bit if they so choose to accept our members in as their own. 

My personal plans for this merger:
I won't be letting my core members join Plan. As the founder of these core groups I believe it isn't fair to the community to allow that to happen I want to show this is a fully unbiased merger with no hostile intentions on my part. All members are free to go where ever they so please, but if any of my members have issues in attaining an alliance for themselves I will be there to help them find an alliance for themselves. 

How alliances can get involved: 
We have an off site website for core members only, I will be posting up blurps about various alliances that contact me wanting to be on this list. I will only accept igm about this as this isn't the proper section of the forums for such to be posted and due to the fact we are not an alliance of sorts there will be no thread in recruitment for this. 

I hope you all will welcome these players and aid us in this transitional phase for them.
