I started writing a long post for this, but then I changed my mind. Here's the short version.

I don't understand why people complain about the lack of things to do in Illyriad. This is a sandbox. If you are bored, DO SOMETHING. Create and run a tournament. Join a tournament that somebody else is running. Make something interesting happen.

What are some interesting ideas that players could implement in the sandbox to create cool activities? What could we do as players to shape our own games?

I just mean in general, if you get bored, just remember, THIS IS A GAME!!! Do something about it, you literally have the power to do almost whatever you want.

Grey and Kaos will be embarking on a Winter War to cull some of those nagging troop numbers due to the reduced food production. One city from each side will be selected to siege and its a free for all until troops are reduced enough to write the required gold deficits of each player. Anyone wanting to have some fun IGM me, defensive and offensive troops are welcome. To participate you need to temporarily join Grey or Kaos until your fun(troops) subside, after that you will be cordially shown the door.
