Alliance Finances

Okay, so I have looked through the forums for a while and it is completely possible that I have missed this but I was wondering about the Alliance Finances. So in the "Roles" tab there are two sections that I think pertain to this: View Alliance Coffers, and Withdraw funds from Alliance Coffers, if I have gotten this right so far. So when I allow someone to withdraw funds does that mean that they are allowed to take money from the alliance funds, because that was what I thought it was, but when I put that as yes it I think says that only the alliance capital can take funds out. Also is it possible for other people in the alliance to add extra gold to the funds? If I was to have extra gold that I wasn't going to use can I give it to the alliance and let other people in the alliance use it even if I am not the Alliance capital? I hope these aren't too stupid of questions and I hope that I didn't write way too much.

You can only add funds directly from the alliance capital city. Alliance taxes will be collected from members on a weekly basis.

Currently the only player who may withdraw funds is the one who holds the Alliance Capital City.

So if you want to donate to the Alliance, send gold to the Alliance Capital and let the player that owns the Alliance capital deposit the gold in the Alliance Coffers.
Only the one who has the Alliance Capital can withdraw funds currently.
Maybe that will change in the future.

If you have extra gold, you can just send it to people in the alliance directly if you want to.
Instead of all the hassle with the Alliance Capital
