I was saving all my  Diplomacy | Military | Magic reports from the start of the war Oct 26 .
This morning , Oct 26th - Dec 5th 2013 is missing !! Player mail still intact !

How is this even possible !? On both accounts too !?

Battle and all other reports are deleted after period of time, player mail remains forever.

I looked at them yesterday and had them all .  Today I only have since the 5th Dec .

System mail does get deleted automatically. That is most likely what happened to it.

Well what's the time frame for saved system messages ? 

What's the process for deleting them ? 

What's the limit , if there's one to system mails ?

I confirmed with other players , some have system mails as old as August .

If mail is deleted after a period of time how come I'm left with only Dec 5th to today ?

Petition sent !

Zero sitters ! 

Needed that system mail !!

If you think the mail is important enough you should forward it back to yourself so you can keep it for good.

Seems everything is back to normal . I have a weeks worth now 6th- to present day and yesterday I had from the 5th to the 12th . But honest I had all my battle reports until I noticed them missing yesterday .

Yes I will have to forward myself any future important reports  .
