Topic: Coral Snakes don't drop anything? Posted: 19 Sep 2012 at 21:20 |
|
So far, every time I killed a mob of Coral Snakes, they never dropped anything. Coincidence or bug? Also, I just killed 17 Fire Elementals, and they also didn't drop anything. Did something change? They used to drop Fire Salts.

I don't know anything about coral snakes, but sometimes elementals don't drop any salts. I haven't been able to figure out much of a pattern behind this, other than usually the more elementals you kill the more likely you will get at least some salts.

After having attacked several more coral snakes, I can now say that they positively never ever drop anything at all.

I have attacked a number of groups of coral snakes also and gotten nothing.
Also I hit an elemental who was stood on some salts last night, he not only did not drop any himself, but he took out the other salts too, very annoying.
On a side note about 2 days back I hit 2 groups of Many Elephants... and guess what?..... Did they drop something?.... OH YES...... each group dropped puma fur !?!?

They dress as Pumas in order to avoid predators.

As another side note, whats up with the elusive wild dog intestine, I must have harvested about 3k of wild dog parts and not a single intestine.
My cooks are furious, wild dog sausage is their speciality.

I always thought it was mighty strange that there were a billion Pumas in the desert...I guess if some of them aren't *really* Pumas it makes more sense...

All the pumas are pumas. Apparently some of the elephants are pumas as well.

Hmm. Do animals drop the parts of groups of previous animals they've encountered and presumably devoured?
