Precedence of terrain bonuses

   Hi folks, 
I've had a look around the forum but can't find a suitable answer to my question:

Which terrain bonus takes precedence? 

If I have a city placed on a 'tropical hilltop' within a 'large forest - jungle' will my archers get the bonus for being on a hilltop or will they be rubbish because said hilltop is within a forest?

	under the picture of the square the're 2 names the last one is in bruckets [ ] this is the one that tells you what type of terain it is
