a bit unfair imo. people arriving early can start rebuilding the plots that dropped to lv 12. And send out troops before the ones that get there july 4th. 24h before the start as max, but i'd rather have no cities arriving in advance.

nevermind that, can't find out how long my exodus would take. My vote goes to hope to land my town tommorow.

	I would say if its allowed, the city can receive zero support from the outside. players unable to send troops (5 day waiting period) cannot be attacked.

	Would it be fair if combatants could land their city prior to the start and begin prepping for the fight?
