Win an Alliance through the CAFLT

Basically, you can win an alliance (or at least the funds to make one). I plan to do this quarterly in the future years, so get in when you can!

The rules are simple - send me a mail if you want in.

As some of you may or may not know, I hold the occasional lottery in the GC. That's about to become a more regular thing.

In the GC, lotto rules are as follows: Send entr(y)(ies) to my capital city in amounts of 10,000 gold. after all entries have been taken in, I will pull a name. The amount of entries per name depends on the number of entries. The winner takes all, minus a dealer fee of 5,000 gold.

Now all that is going to matter.

From here on out, every entry in a mini lotto as spoken of above, will count as ONE entry in the CAFLT. If you win in a mini lotto, you get 10 entries in the CAFLT. I will be tabulating over on my profile, so be sure to keep a watchful eye.

Then, at the end of the quarter, I will put all of the names into a big pot and I will pull three out. the prizes are as follows:

1st place: 500,000 gold, enough to found your very own alliance!

2nd place: 200,000 gold

3rd place: 75,000 gold and a pat on the back

If it sounds enticing, then fire me off a mail. Remember if you're already in an alliance, the money doesn't have to go specifically towards founding a new one.

Other notes: Previous lottos don't count for the CAFLT. Sorry.

I appreciate your involvement in the community and I hate to poo on someones idea, but . . . .

Aside from the whole gambling aspect, there are already too many 5 player or less alliances in Illyriad.  As it stands, there are several alliances out there that are just lingering in the system while having absolutely no members in them.  (>.<)  Perhaps newer members should wait until they have 500k.

To be clear, I didn't TAKE 500,000 out of the winnings. I was gonna take 5,000 like always, but she gave me the 500K. Just saying. It's still a lot of moolah, no matter which way you look at it.
