ex Curse player and 3 of his cities

Hello ,I am writing this to let all know that we have booted an inactive player from Curse and we (in Curse )
are recapturing 3 cities of his to keep them in Curse.
All 3 are deep in the heart of Curse lands.
I expect no other players besides the players we have set up( in Curse) to take the cities to take any action against these cities. 

the player is W1r3d , and any actions outside of our alliance against these cities until we are finished( about a week max) could cause hostilities with Curse.
