Topic: What Makes A Good Alliance Good?Posted: 13 Feb 2012 at 21:05 |

OK, you asked for it (well, one of you did) so here it is...
Me? Several of these are the reasons I like my alliance. First and foremost, the members. Without a fairly active membership, friendly folks and the dedicated few who keep things rolling, what's the point?

Couldn't agree more...active, knowledgeable, generous members (and it helps to have a sense of humor as this IS a game) lending a hand, answering questions, making one laugh...those are what make my alliance great.

As long as the players have a sense of humor and talk every once in awhile. Nice to be in an alliance where the leaders don't require you to do anything and let you do what you what within reason.... wink wink

As long as the reason is "don't attack an active player without my prior consent", I agree GD.

I think it is the leaders that make an alliance good! The leaders set the tone for AC , and are responsible for keeping members informed, as well as the diplomacy that keeps the members charged/happy/content/on their toes or other active feeling.
If the leaders are active, the members will be active.
Good leaders create an environment that attracts good members! I agree wholeheartedly that good members are what make AC fun and worthwhile. |

I would like to vote for both 1 and 2, but I have to add a good leadership usually lead to good membership, so....

i think it depends on how many members spam the AC regularly that matters in deciding the quality of the alliance.......we all love spam and gossips
