I'd be willing to employ my diplos, any notice of the Fortune Teller's whereabouts?

The scout clue reminds me of the image for the unknown discovery Sight of the Moon. Do we know of any uniquely named circles that reference the moon?

Has anyone ever considered that the fortune teller's clues might be triggers like the broken statue inscriptions? Your spies cannot proceed directly to the final statue quest locations; you must gather the clue first, even if you already know the target square. Perhaps a player must visit the fortune teller first, and then send scouts from the same city to a particular stone circle. Or get the thief clue, and then raid a particular pyramid, sphinx, monument or rockhewn monastery in the desert. Or get the assassin clue and visit the Hashashin trade hub or the Fortress of Shadows (although I think that particular clue is a reference to faction AI).

Have any players who actually got the clues tried additional experiments with diplomats from the city that received the clues?

WE member Lovecraft chatted with her last night and she gave back exactly the same 5 messages as described in the first post, and she did not reply to the army sent to occupy the spot for 10 minutes.  She was spotted at  http://elgea.illyriad.co.uk/#/World/Map/-611/159 near the border of Meilla and Keppen.  So I guess nothing has changed regarding her, despite other goings on in the game.

The old man could be their leader...  but Ten Kulch is said to have fangs (faction description...)

As soon as I can find Iraq on the map, I will look for that mountain.

Do you think it's anywhere near Kul Tar?

ibn Hashan or the old man of the mountain reputedly started the Hashasin cult; its followers were used to eliminate religious and temporal enemies. Our word assassin is said to derive from this.

This possibly happened around 1000-1100 ad. I can see no further clue here unless there is a similar mountain (reportedly Alamut in northern Iraq or thereabouts)  with a fortress worth exploring.

I heard someone say they'd been to the fortune teller since after the tourney with no change.
