Of course I hope it is, but I honestly don't think so. Have my fingers crossed though!

I am really the first peson with enough confidence in the dev team to just say "yes"?
From what I've seen so far the propose rules changes regarding tax/food will be an excellent step toward increasing the viability of 5/6 food city tiles... while at the time time massively reducing the redundancy of the 4 basic resources, and also breathing new life into the tax slider... there will potentially be much more to benefit from adjusting the slider and sov builings depending on your current military/political/tournament status.
And we get new buildings on top of all this? Yes of couse I think they will be worth waiting for.

aww, so you have to rebuild some buildings to move a town somewhere nice? You poor thing.
At least you will get the opportunity to move... better that than being stuck in the same old spot forever.

If the history of Illy release has taught us anything its that its normally worth waiting for, BUT....
We all know the real reason that the release hasn't been done yet is that they're waiting for delivery of 40k gallons of Red Bull. I think it was SC who said a long time ago that they can test things till their fingers bleed, but there is no test better than putting something live to expose all the bugs (remember the fiasco with the current user interface). Once TC is Red Bulled up and able to function for 7 consecutive days without sleep to repair any problems that arise I'm sure the release will come.
The wait for the release will be worth it, but we'll probably have to wait a week after it goes live for it all to work properly...
I have the utmost faith in the devs to get us bouncing up and down again with excitement and new toys to play with (and TC bouncing up and down from excessive caffine).
Roll on the release!
