Unable to Rename

   I just started the game tonight.  So far so good with the tutorial.  However, when it got to renaming my town I get this error:
"This town is not yours to rename"

I am playing under my own name with my own profile.  I registered tonight and started playing.  Can someone please help me?

	Just to let everyone know, I have tried to refresh the browser twice, I have logged out and in 3 times. I have tried a different browser. I am playing in Google chrome and I tried IE9. Neither one worked.
