   This a what I posted in Gondors alliance fourms:

Navy units will be able to be built sometime in the future, so the lake in Tamarin at cords 680 519 will be the offical lake for Gondor. Members can use this lake for training or anything they want, there will be a gold payment required for any nonalliance members to use the lake. The only players able to use this lake without a gold payment besides the KOG alliance members will be the members in alliances with a Confed. with our alliance

Punisments for people who will not pay the gold payment is still being thought out, also the amount of gold paymet is still being decided.
Both of the things above ^ that are still being thought out will be posted as soon as these things are decided.

	jk, the lake isnt even big enough but i thought i would fool as many people as kurfist did but failed

	Fooled, that water claim I did was official. That's why it was titled "Official water claim", I and my alliance will be using that lake and the ponds on the east to go through naval units.
