Phone help??

   So, i have a texting plan on my phone. it has been texting very well until an hour ago. now it will not send out any texts, but it will recieve texts. i can only call with my phone now if i want to contact someone. any time i text someone i get the following message "Network settings unavailable". if it helps It's a samsung phone with an At&T plan.

	After some teasing and unhelpful advice, spicewind gave me the correct advice, and my phone works once again. Thank you Spice and too all those that were considering helping me, pointing and laughing at me.
