Does this apply for all types of diplomats? T1 Assassins are better at defending against assassination than T2 assassins, etc?

	Yes it does. Exact figures are unknown, but Stormcrow himself confirmed that this is the case. To be more specific however, it's not "more effective per unit" but "more effective relative to gold upkeep."
