I reckon that the menu at the top, containing the city map, research, resources, etc, should be turned into a header.
This means that, when you scroll up and down on the page, the menu will stay at the top and will always be visible to you. It really frustrates me when I have to scroll up all the time to see my resources and access the menu.

[FOR DEVELOPERS] With my limited knowledge of html5 coding, Is this as simple as putting <header></header> tags around the top menu art?
It's probably more complicated than that, I know, but it would be, in my eyes, a really handy feature, as I wouldn't have to scroll to the top of the page all the time, and that frustrates me.
I don't know, what do you guys think? Do you think this feature should be added?
