I think selflessly may have been the word he was looking for.

The test proved to be a success, Angrim selflessly offered up a secondary account to test a rumor, rumor tested and the terrain under the city remained, thank you Angrim.

TLR will in the near future be looking for players that have not used their teleport skill, for terraforming.

Unfortunately this process is very tedious because,

1. We will be looking for seven food plots to teleport in therefor..
2.  if the capital city has the teleport skill and if you have a second city on a seven food then we'd have to..
3. exodus the capital somewhere so that the second city on the seven food would have the skill and teleport that in a pre-designated site for TLR then..
4. the city teleported in would be razed, leaving seven food plot underneath.

To anyone who is interested in this process and will be willing to sacrifice a city for TLR, please post in this thread or contact Eternal Fire or the TLR2 representative Rypehjerte for payment details.

Gotta get the spots people want, that test site has spear sov, easy enough to find frozen wastes near mines or water sov.

People keep saying stuff like that, but they always omit the part where they describe what they believe to be a "good" spot...

7 food square with other high food squares around it. Though different people have different ideas as to what is good... some might just like certain geographical locations while others just want a good place to build a high pop city.

I'd personally pay no more then 15 million for a town, I've bought cities from established players for a few million to capture, anything beyond at the utmost 15 million is expecting too much.

Depends on the location of the town, I would imagine.
