   why not limit it to 1000 at a time and no more than say 5000 total troops or something like that. 
Just because in the last tournament i used less than 2k troops and still got second doesn't mean much, to me at least.

EDIT:Ah yes I forgot. Tell me which place my capital fits into (-471, -58), i am unsure of where exactly these regions are. And if there is a tournament place i will attempt to compete in this new style tournament

	i also see a flaw. if you can only use 1000 troops and only 1 city, no one is going to send troops cause theres 3 other people that can wipe them out... edit: also, i feel like having 5 regions is a lil bit confusing for 1 tournament...doesn't quite make sense to me.
