Working on it, Androu... This last war is the biggest in the history of Illyriad and is barely in the realms of history. I've been trying to do it justice by taking my time in the writing.

First of all I want to compliment the OP on a well written post, full of information and facts, many of which I'm not familiar with due to most of these events being prior to my starting this game.
Secondly, I noticed a good few examples where it was written that it seems there have been instances of where past players have been completely destroyed in previous wars..which surprises me that some peoples in the current war state that players being destroyed now is a step too far? It seems what is happening now is nothing new. Thirdly...does the OP plan to carry on with this post to bring it up to date? ok..ignore the third part..ive just seen a reply from Nok which answers that. I'd suggest that we all compile the knowledge of Elgea into Arcanum Illyria. Then it's all in the same place and contributors can focus on one site full of information instead of a couple of sites that are rather incomplete. And in the spirit of the thread, I once again give three cheers to Nokigon for his excellently written compilation of history. And hope that one day, when he's less busy, he will complete it.

Yes, there is predictably a large war at the end of summer/beginning of fall. There are sometimes wars at other times, of course.
