Any city geared with the four sets of tentacles got any message? If no city got any sign of activity, this would be a clue to Illy riddle(s): 'dem devious devs' manage this game according to their latest whim, they didn't implement any rules nor algorithms! Toadcap Fungus spots are flourishing around cities, e.g. in Wolgast... Is this a
new feature, or has it been noticed already (seasonal growth)? Anybody
has a hint?

I have seen no signs of this around any of my tentacle-holding cities. Ive actually never seen any of those herbs anywhere before, though I might just not be in the right region for them. |
