	The rules are simply to aid fellow members of the Empire. The D'Haran Empire seeks not conquest but to act as a united shield against those who prey on the weak. Alone a person may be weak, but in numbers the weakness of one may not apply. You remain an individual. you are asked of nothing but that when you are called to support your fellow D'Harans, you give whatever aid you can. Also, the D'Haran Empire will be run so that everyone has their say in how things are run. A treasury will be kept and distributed to those in need of Gold and I will be trying to top it up whenever I can. People who wish to support the Empire without wanting to do so militarily are free to play as they wish but will still receive support if attacked. The idea is to allow people the freedom to play any method they like, but collectively trade and support anothers growth. War will be avoided if possible, and The D'Haran Empire will accept any offers from other alliances for peace and co-operation. If war does inevitably come to D'Hara, the Empire will fight as one. Resposibilities for certain aspects of running the Empire will be distributed evenly as the numbers grow. 	Post any rules or guidlines that your alliance has. Aesir Will support you and Aid you if you need it.

	Greetings to you all! I aim to unite everyone without an alliance or those who wish to be part of an alliance that plans to create a vast trade network and offer protection to one another. I offer to you all to join or to ally with my alliance to create a united force and stand together. Those of you without an alliance, pestered by those with armiess, i offer as much protection as I can give and ask little in return. Those who join the Empire have freedom to do all they like so long as it does not tarnish the name of the Empire or endanger the members.
