Terminally ill MAC = lost login

   I have a problem with my second Ilyriad account - not this one! 
However - due to my Macbook Pro dying on Saturday morning (the laptop boots up but the display has ceased to function) I cannot login the way I used to with the pre-saved password for each of my accounts. 
I have a terrible memory but I remembered both the email address (my normal everyday email) and login for my Lemoulin (human - IND alliance) account but cannot rfor the life of me ecall either my email a/c I used to set-up my second account nor the password of the account lemoulinelf (elf - MOON alliance) on Illyriad.

I can provide whatever is need by way of proof of who I am and can remember what was/is going on in my lemoulinelf towns.
